ATS Dispatch Pro Terms of Service

ATS Dispatch Pro is a companion application designed to enhance the gameplay experience of American Truck Simulator (ATS) by providing additional dispatching, route planning, career tracking, statistics, and related features.

ATS Dispatch Pro does not modify or replace core game files unless explicitly stated. Certain features may require the official American Truck Simulator game and may rely on the game's telemetry system.

ATS Dispatch Pro is an independent project.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with SCS Software.

American Truck Simulator®, Euro Truck Simulator®, SCS Software®, and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use ATS Dispatch Pro.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Upon purchase or subscription, Dro Modding grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ATS Dispatch Pro for your own personal use.

This license does not transfer ownership of the software.

Certain features require an ATS Dispatch Pro account.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity performed under your account.
• Maintaining accurate account information.
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized account access.

Your activation key or license is issued only for the purchaser.

You may not:

• Share your activation key.
• Sell your license.
• Transfer your account.
• Circumvent or disable licensing protections.
• Modify activation files.
• Attempt to generate unauthorized activation keys.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.

Certain features require an active subscription.

Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected unless canceled before renewal.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in loss of access to premium features.

Unless required by law, purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the software.
• Modify or redistribute ATS Dispatch Pro.
• Remove copyright notices.
• Attempt to bypass authentication or licensing.
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, or automation to abuse the Service.
• Upload malicious software.
• Interfere with our servers or infrastructure.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

If you upload company logos, VTC information, screenshots, routes, or other content, you retain ownership of your content.

By uploading content, you grant ATS Dispatch Pro a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

ATS Dispatch Pro stores gameplay-related information such as:

• Driver statistics
• Revenue
• Deliveries
• Cargo history
• Company memberships
• Route information
• Performance ratings
• Vehicle information
• User preferences

This data is used solely to provide Service functionality.

Certain features require access to the American Truck Simulator telemetry SDK.

By enabling telemetry integration, you authorize ATS Dispatch Pro to read gameplay information necessary to provide dispatch, mapping, job tracking, and career features.

ATS Dispatch Pro does not access unrelated personal files or information outside of what is required for operation.

We may release updates, patches, hotfixes, or new features at any time.

Some updates may be required to continue using online features.

We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available.

Features may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Server outages
• Third-party service interruptions
• Game updates
• Force majeure events

ATS Dispatch Pro, its software, source code, graphics, branding, website, documentation, and related materials are the intellectual property of Dro Modding unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.

When interacting with other users through the website, VTC system, comments, Discord, or other community features, you agree not to:

• Harass others.
• Post illegal or offensive content.
• Upload malware.
• Spam users.
• Impersonate another individual.
• Abuse moderators or staff.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Abuse the licensing system.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Share or resell licenses.
• Distribute modified versions of the software.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.

Termination may occur without prior notice.

ATS Dispatch Pro is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Compatibility with future ATS updates.
• Continuous uptime.
• Error-free operation.
• Uninterrupted service.
• Accuracy of generated routes or statistics.

Use of the software is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dro Modding shall not be liable for:

• Loss of game saves
• Lost profits
• Lost subscriptions
• Business interruption
• Data corruption
• Hardware failures
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use ATS Dispatch Pro.

Your use of ATS Dispatch Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in that policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of ATS Dispatch Pro after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
