Before you email — quick fixes
Your ats-dispatch-key.zip must sit directly inside Documents\American Truck Simulator\mod\ or the ETS2 equivalent, with the original filename and unmodified.
Step 3 hasn't finished. Open Setup, point it at the game's main folder (the one containing bin\win_x64), and run both install steps until the button turns green.
Delivery stops need real map data. If the Setup button is red, run Install game plugins and Enable Real Map Locations, then wait for it to turn green. On very short routes only a stop or two may appear — the drop count is a maximum.
Re-run Setup → Install game plugins with the game closed. If it says "Protocol mismatch", update the app and reinstall the plugins so both halves match. Press F8 in-game to toggle the panel.
Press Alt+Shift+D to toggle the overlay back on. If nothing happens, another program is using the same combo — change it under Settings.
The link is plain http:// by design. Look for 'Advanced → Continue anyway' or turn off HTTPS-Only Mode for the one address in your phone browser.
